Welcome to WVSD! We're excited to partner with you in your child's educational journey. By enrolling your child in our programs, you accept the comprehensive terms and conditions outlined below. We've structured these to ensure a clear understanding of our mutual expectations and commitments.

Enrollment and Registration Process

• Agreement to Terms: Your enrollment signifies acceptance of these terms. It's crucial to understand these commitments fully as they form the foundation of our relationship.
• Online Registration: We offer a convenient 24/7 online registration process. This accessibility ensures you can manage your child's enrollment at your convenience.

Program Details

Enrichment After School Classes & Summer Camp: Our diverse offerings are designed to cater to your child's unique interests and learning needs, with specific session lengths and structured activities.

Daily Procedures for Summer Camp: Ensure your child's safety and accountability by signing them in each morning and out every afternoon during camp days.

Financial Terms

• Fee Structure: Our fees vary depending on the session's length, time, and location, allowing us to provide tailored educational experiences.
• Preferred Payment Methods: Payments can be made conveniently online or via check to Martha Sheridan Chousal. This flexibility aims to accommodate your preferred payment method.
• Payment Deadlines and Policies: Timely payments are crucial. Payments are due by the first day of the session, with a $25 late fee applied if payments are not received by the second class.

Discounts and Referral Programs

• Sibling Discounts: We offer a 5% registration discount for second and third siblings, supporting families with multiple children in our programs.
• Referral Discounts: Encouraging our community to grow through referrals, we offer an additional 5% discount for one of your children for each new student you refer who enrolls.

Enrollment Policies

• Minimum Enrollment Requirements: Each class and camp has minimum enrollment numbers to ensure a rich learning experience. Enrichment classes require at least 5 children, while summer camp requires a minimum of 10 campers.
• Class Adjustment Policy: Should enrollment numbers not meet the minimum requirement, we may combine classes, postpone, or cancel them. These measures ensure the viability and educational quality of our programs.
• Late and Mid-Session Registrations: We accept late registrations based on availability, with fees prorated accordingly. This policy aims to offer flexibility while maintaining class integrity.

Withdrawals, Refunds, and Cancellations

• "Withdrawal and Refund Policy: We recognize that circumstances may change unexpectedly. Requests for withdrawals made two weeks prior to the class/session start will incur a $60 processing fee. Specific conditions apply to cancellations, underscoring the significance of prompt communication. Cancellations made within one week of the start date will result in a 50% charge from the registration price, and no refunds will be issued thereafter."

• "Special Summer Camp Conditions: "Late requests for cancellations or changes must be made no later than one month prior to the first week of the camp start date." Once enrolled, please note that material (included in the registration fee $70.00 ) and administrative fees or $50.00 are non-refundable. Emphasizing the importance of early planning and registration. Refunds are available under the following conditions: a 50% refund for cancellations made 30 days before the start date, with no refunds granted for cancellations within less than 3 weeks before the start date."
